Quirkylicious Pty Ltd: Quirky Artwork brand is owned by Quirkylicious Pty Ltd. Within this Privacy Policy, Quirkylicious Pty Ltd is interchangeably referred to as ‘us, ‘we’, ‘our’, and 'QuirkyArtwork', 'Quirky Artwork', for examples.
1: RETURNS:
a) Our returns policy is for a period of 30 days.
b) If you request a return of a product and/or service you purchased from us, you are to submit such request via our online contact form and we will email you the address to send the returned product to (us).
c) We are unable to offer you an exchange or a refund if 30 days has passed since your purchase.
d) If you request a return – to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the condition that you received it in, and it must be unused.
e) You must provide to us proof of your purchase and/or your receipt.
f) Your return request must be sent to us via our online contact form – we will provide you our address after we receive your written request (via our online contact form).
g) We will email you once we have received and inspected the returned product/s from you. We will inform you via email if we accept (or not accept) your refund (of the product). If we have accepted your refund, we will process the refund and apply the credit back onto your original payment method.
h) If your refund is late (or not appearing in the account of your original payment method):
(i) We recommend for you to confirm with your bank of receipt of the refund.
(ii) We recommend for you to then communicate with the company of your credit card (if applicable) to confirm if receipt of your refund is received.
(iii) We recommend for you to confirm with your bank regarding the receipt of your refund.
(iv) If you have taken out the above steps as specified in (h) (i)-(iii) of this Refund Policy, then we advise for you to contact us via our online contact form.
2: EXCHANGES:
i) We will only exchange / replace items if they are damaged and/or defective.
j) Our exchange policy is for a period of 30 days. We must receive your written request via our online contact form within 30 days of you receiving the damaged and/or defective product/s.
k) If you require an exchange / replacement for the same item (that you have purchased), you are required to request the exchange / replacement via our online contact form. Once we receive your request, we will email you with the address that you are to send the defective item to (us).
l) If the item / good / product was not marked as a gift when purchased and/or the giver of the gift had the order posted and/or shipped to themselves to provide to you at a later date, then, we will send a refund to the person who gifted the gift to you (who purchased the product from us) – they will find out about your return.
m) If the item / good / product was marked as a gift when purchased and posted and/or shipped to you (from us):
(i) You will be entitled to receive a gift credit for the value of your returned product
(ii) Once we receive the returned (defected) item from you, we will then issue a gift credit to you via mail and/or email (we will inform you of the method in which we provide/send the gift card to you).
n) In relation to returned products / items / goods, you are required to pay for any postage and/or shipping costs – such costs are not refundable by us.
o) If determine you are entitled to a refund, the costs of return postage/shipping will be deducted from your refund.
p) We recommend that you use a trackable postage and/or shipping service and relevant insurance. You understand and agree that we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
